How it Works

Protect Your RV Investment with

FlexArmor Roof Installation

Embarking on the journey of replacing or repairing an RV roof is a big undertaking. At Colorado RV Roof, we understand the importance of quality work and meticulous surface preparation for a successful installation. Our authorized FlexArmor technicians undergo a rigorous training program, a minimum of 40 hours of intensive training and oversight before they are entrusted with your RV roof.

1

Drop off and Inspection

Ensuring the longevity of your new RV roof begins with a comprehensive inspection by our certified technicians. If any water damage or structural issues are identified, our team discusses repair or replacement options with you. We also discuss ways to future proof the rig with vent fan upgrades, adding solar panels or prep or other custom ideas like side trim color and skylight options.
2

Indoor preparation is key

Our certified applicators install your new RV roof in a controlled, indoor environment. This ensures they can work efficiently while keeping your RV and the installation process safe from weather conditions. The process involves stripping old caulk, removing essential components such as A/C units and satellites, followed by a meticulous cleaning, grinding, sanding, masking and another round of cleaning. Our proprietary process sets us apart in the industry, allowing for a customized application tailored to your specific needs. Our commitment to keeping everything dry and clean is a key factor during the entire process.
3

Spray and Re-assembly

This is where the magic happens! In only a few hours your rig transforms into a beauty that is protected for life. The morning after spraying we reassemble all your components with new refrigerator and sewer vent lids, new AC gasket, and MaxxAir vent covers. With these additions, your RV becomes maintenance-free and ready for your next adventure.

Choose FlexArmor for unparalleled expertise and a roof that stands the test of time. Your RV deserves the best protection, and we deliver it with precision and efficiency.
